Today we are going to look at another board. This time the question is: What is your biggest business challenge?
This one might have been my favorite because of the responses. Some of them were very similar.
What were the most common challenges listed?
- Pricing
- Finding quality internal staff
- Finding quality candidates
- The economy
Is anyone surprised that these were the most common responses? Of course not. But it is important that we don’t lose sight of addressing these challenges.
