One of the more frequent support calls we get regarding our time clock products concerns an employee who is unable to punch in.

I personally haven"t been onsite to see this happen but obviously it"s a frustrating sequence for everyone from the employee who can"t start work to the HR/admin person who no doubt has 10 other things to attend to. Ultimately we"re the vendor and need to learn to service this problem quickly. Part of that is just understanding what the problem is.
