Fred Wilson made a comment that should make staffing owners smile:

[in 2014] the “sharing economy” was outed as the “rental economy.” nobody is sharing anything. people are making money, plain and simple. technology has made renting things (even in real time) as simple as it made buying things a decade ago. Uber and Airbnb are the big winners in this category but there are and will be others.

Staffers also know that this change started way before 2014, especially when it comes to employment.   Yes you can catch all kinds of free 'sharing' on LinkedIn and Indeed, but if you want to make consistently great hires you need to get yourself a professional of the renting economy aka a staffing partner.
