The biggest myth about lead generation tools in staffing is that they only work for getting candidates, not clients or job orders.
Like all great myths, this one makes for a great story but simply isn’t true, yet I hear it all the time from staffing company owners. “Yes, we use social media – LinkedIn, Twitter, blogging, newsletters – but it’s only good for attracting candidates.”
Whoa. Those candidates, that’s your product. Your client doesn’t care about you. They want what’s in it for them, and what’s in it for them is your candidates at your great price. Those candidates are your gold.
They are your gold for key-skill selling. Your gold for web content. Your gold for email marketing.
They are your gold for generating leads through the internet.
