Once the purview of huge corporations with big IT budgets, TempWorks is narrowing the gap for staffing companies who want a simple and attractive way to promote their company via mobile app. Developed for Orlando-based IT Staffing provider Kavaliro and released in March of this year, the TempWorks-authored app delivers a slick marketing experience; a combination of branded exposure in the Apple Store and a convenient way for passive job seekers to browse new opportunities and get in touch with a recruiter.

“The marketplace is buzzing and talent is getting scarcer. This is an end-to-end service that elevates our clients’ brand as an employer and makes it easier for them to interact with the worldwide applicant pool” states TempWorks CEO, David Dourgarian. TempWorks contracts with customers to develop a custom mobile application and then manages the process of creating a client-branded Apple Store account, having the app screened and approved, and providing technical support and updates for the app.
