Suspended Japanese Staffing Company Hits Bottom

The Japanese government has “temporarily” closed down a staffing company and sent its stock tumbling.

Despite having done business in Japan for 17 years, I don’t understand it much. The notion of temporarily closing down a business for several months seems odd. Once closed down, how does it ever start up again?

Apparently, investors don’t have a good answer for that either.
