While attending the MNRSA Job Summit, Staffing Talk’s David Gee had a chance to interview MNRSA board member, Marni Hockenberg, on camera and ask a few questions.
Our questions were:
- Tell us the reason for the event.
- Are you optimistic about the job market and the staffing industry in the near term?
- What is the biggest change in the way you do business?
She had an interesting point when talking about the difference between the staffing companies that went out of business and the ones that stayed afloat. She said that the companies that had strong, long-term relationships with their customers were the ones that survived.
We sure have been hearing a lot about the importance in customer relationships lately, haven’t we? Maybe there’s something to it!
