It’s Martin Luther King day today and I suppose that means certain things for other people but for me it’s a day to celebrate diversity because diversity makes for good business.
At TempWorks I try to bring in people from all backgrounds. Our best developers have hailed from as far away as Africa, China and Russia and some even from North Dakota.
In this clip, Aram Gugusian from Uruguay (fyi that’s in South America and the clip is in guess what language) talks about WPF, C#, drag-and-drop user interface and how those technologies are helping us build a new labor dispatch system.

Ummm…Martin Luther King day is the 15th not the 16th.
