The Ford F-150 pickup’s days are numbered. It’s production factory is shedding workers quickly. Ford is laying off about 200 more temporary employees. This comes after the 120 temporary, or long-term supplemental, employees that were laid off just last week. They are looking to cut more in the coming weeks. Are factories laying off in your area? The West Australian resources industry says Australia is in desperate need of some 40,000 skilled migrants to fill jobs by the end of next year. Prime Minister Julia Gillard has the stance of training Australia worker’s rather than using access to skilled migrant workers as an excuse not to. What do you believe for the United States?
