RSS belongs as a first-class citizen in enterprise staffing applications. Recruiters should be able to get a feed of resumes and single click those resumes into their databases. TempWorks does this. But the question comes up: are there any RSS feeds of resumes?
At first glance, you might think not. None of the major job boards seems to go out of their way to offer employers such a feed. But the reality is that most if not all offer such a service indirectly through email.
Simply direct your job board to email matching candidates to your GMail account, and pick up those resumes with the RSS (Atom) access provided by Gmail.
