Last week I met up with Selectemp owners Steve Gaughan and Roger Cox, veteran business executives from the logging industry that brought their expertise in managing entire plants to the staffing industry. They credit their success to getting the details right with an emphasis on the interview process and creating great matches.
I can’t help but point out the hunting trophies I made sure to capture in this snapshot. Many successful recruiting companies are run by people who also excel at hunting our fishing. Of course, how can you not hunt when you live in a a paradise like central Oregon?
