Prosecutors Hone in on Temp Fraud in Denver

The race card.  Religion.  Fraud.  All that’s missing from this case is sex.   Still, it’s an interesting read.

According to the Denver Post, a trial is set for January stemming from a 2009 grand jury indictment charging David Banks and other defendants related to the Denver firm IRP of defrauding a series of staffing firms between 2002 and 2005 with ghosted temps.

Fraud is a bad thing.  Racism is too.  And so is invoking the race card unjustly as it punishes yet again those who are victims of racism.  I wrote about this and a similar case involving an Eric Ward of Philadelphia back in 2009.
