Product Renewal Makes Good Business Sense

Businesses often fail to improve their traditional products to their own detriment. The passion gets diverted solely to new products, and the result is often reduced profit and neglect of traditional customers. You can see how this has played out in the car industry as Toyota constantly enhanced its brands while GM let its Impala brand languish with the result that Toyota is making money and close to taking over the #1 spot while GM is out looking for a savior buyer.

As you know from my regular zip updates, we constantly are pushing our work horse mdb to new limits as witnessed by new functions –electronic document emailing, twSelect customizability, etc. Currently, Chi is also doing a makeover of various screens.
