TempWorks Software Adds Fifty-Four New Customers in 2009
By diversifying, investing in technology, and providing immediate improvement to a staffing agency’s bottom line, TempWorks increased sales by 45% in 2009.
Saint Paul, MN (PRWEB) January 7, 2010 — Staffing Software and Financing Provider, TempWorks, is proud to announce fifty-four new relationships with temporary staffing businesses in 2009.

Staffing, CRM and Recruitment Software
This is not only exciting for TempWorks but for the economy as well, comments TempWorks Funding VP, Jack Terrana.
TempWorks succeeded in increasing market-share by focusing its development energy on products that allow customers to increase market share, reduce overhead, and improve profitability. The TempWorks Time-Card Linker, an application which enables staffing firms to display the digital image of scanned time cards with their corresponding transactions, relieves the customer of having to collate paper timecards with printed invoices, saving the user nearly one man-hour per $10,000 of weekly billings.
“Bringing on so many new business partners in 2009 really sets the tone for the new year” said TempWorks EVP, Mark Baratto, “Success in today’s challenging economic climate demands that recruiting and staffing companies increase their focus on speed, efficiency and accuracy in delivering well-qualified candidates to their customers. Our success is based on adapting our software to the business needs of the customer, rather than forcing the customer to adapt their processes to our software” concludes Baratto.
The payroll processing and funding business also showed significant growth. “This is not only exciting for TempWorks but for the economy as well, comments TempWorks Funding VP, Jack Terrana. “New contracts are a positive sign of economic recovery.”
Other noteworthy accomplishments include:
- A software licensing agreement with a professional employment organization with volume in excess of $100 million per year.
- A payroll and invoice processing agreement with a ten-branch organization with volume in excess of $35 million per year.
TempWorks anticipates release of key new products in 2010, including the new version of TempWorks Enterprise, 14R2
