Job boards, job board advertising, HR outsourcing, job SEO, RPO and VMS are just some of the various business models now pursued by former staffing company owners that I've met here in the UK where the temp industry (Brits don't use the word 'staffing' like we do in the USA) has been under siege by everything from the weak economy to intrusive EU legislation.

If there is one thing in common among all these approaches is that they are out to radically cut the cost of using direct hire recruiters or job board fees.

Promising more on this later when I can get comfortably behind a computer.  Been doing most everything from the phone this week.
