Everything I know about business I could have learned from playing Santa: 1) you can make it look simple but don’t fool yourself, being Santa requires a lot of planning; 2) it’s hard work and you have to constantly resist the temptation to get selfish, such as when someone pulls a fast one on you like pulling your beard, and 3) have your elevator pitches down – “Ok, I’m not the real Santa. He couldn’t come, but it’s a secret – don’t tell the other kids.”
To my staffing customers I want to thank you for your business and trust this last year.
