How can you save a lot of money eliminating the storage of paper timecards? How about invoicing customers faster? Recent in-house update for daily pay:
Just wanted to let everyone know that Nguyen has added a lot of functionality to the Timecard Image Link program and it’s working great for the Paperless clients. If you are interested in seeing how it works, please let me know as I am using it for 10 clients each week.
Brief overview … The Timecard Image Linker allows us to take a PDF of all the timecards for the week and upload it into Tempworks. We then link those timecards to the associated CTXNS records they are approving. The timecards then print behind the appropriate invoice when invoices are created and are also stored in Tempworks with those invoices for the ability to reprint when needed. This eliminates paper storage of potentially thousands of timecards per week for the customer.
For Paperless, this is a huge feature as we buy these invoices so we need to ensure having all documentation to collect on the invoices. The one customer we have that releases daily timecards for employees on a weekly payroll/invoice schedule, the functionality of the Timecard Image Linker has been expanded to link each timecard and verify how many hours are on that specific timecard versus the total hours on the CTXNS record and keeps a sum of those hours in the system. After linking 120 timecards to my 50 CTXNS records, I easily ran a report to find any hours in CTXNS that do not match what I have signed off on paper for hours worked.
WAY TO GO NGUYEN! This is a huge help to processing and will make life to us easier and will be a good sell to new customers! J
