Staffing companies that are making a lot of money today have got a firm grip on the perfect storm that has hit the online recruiting world.  They get what destroyed the credibility of online recruitment.  And they get how a host of technologies like mobile, job boards, social networks and content aggregation have vastly complicated a process that technology was supposed to improve.

They get how to make recruiting radically simpler.

Staffing companies that profit from all this turbulence – far from being about filling jobs – deliver on all fronts – strategy, efficiency and technology.  They cut out the middle layers in the way only a trusted recruitment partner can.

The recipe for success isn’t complicated but it requires execution on all fronts.
