How To Make Sure You Get Your Direct Hire Placement Fees Paid Quickly

It’s tough keeping up with the high-octane developers at TempWorks. For years we’ve had a direct hire fee schedule that automatically made sure that the back office processed placement fees, but I had no idea that Jathan Moline made it accommodate the increasingly complex schedule of those fees.

You can blame it on the economy or simply the desire to please the client, but placement fees aren’t 100% up-front, no-guarantee deals these days. If your recruitment company is relying on paper or email for sales to communicate these increasingly complex billing instructions, then you no doubt know how painful it is to get it wrong.
