It’s March, and a snow storm is about to besiege Minnesota, which has me dreaming of California and the idea that I could actually be outside playing tennis and engaging in my most favorite doubles-tennis ploy, poaching.
Few things are more satisfying or demoralizing in tennis than poaching an opponent’s great forehand with a smash aimed at their jewels. Poaching can be equally painful when it comes to job boards like Monster.
In a previous post I alluded to the problem, but didn’t elaborate on how exactly that poaching takes place. In this clip I give a professorial explanation of the problem and why job boards like Monster can both be a huge waste of money and a detriment to your recruiting efforts.
