It's much smarter to hire 20-year-olds than 30-year-olds.  They're cheaper, they don't come with baggage (most of the time) and they tend to make more of a community out of the workplace.  They also take to newer technologies faster, and if you make money innovating like TempWorks does then you need the new ideas those young people bring in.

Paul Graham, one of my favorite essayists, starts with these same ideas and concludes that hiring is becoming obsolete.
