Customers get their invoices faster and thus pay them faster, resulting in better cash flow for the staffing company. Early users of the system established key client accounts that paid on the invoices as soon as they were electronically received – netting a positive cash flow and more profit. Needless to say, the staffing company saves money on paper and staff-time as well since the invoices go out automatically.
