When at work.. all conversations should be documented.¬† This is our way of remembering what was said, and to whom.¬† This is also how we can communicate with others in the office as to the happenings of the day.
If it's documented in TempWorks Enterprise, everyone will be privy to the conversation.
When sending an email out of TempWorks, to either an associate or a buying influence, TempWorks will automatically log a message into the affected records.¬† Note, the¬†Log Messages box¬†is checked:
*Note - if you DO NOT want the email to automatically log a¬†message: simply uncheck that box.
