Using TempWorks Enterprise Interest Codes on the Employee and Order records you can conduct an easy "Match".
On the Employee record make sure you have added the Interest Codes:
On the Order record make sure you have added the Interest Codes needed by an Employee to facilitate this Order:
From either the Employee or the Order click the Actions button to "Find Matching..."
This will save time and energy when trying to find the right people with the right skills for the right job.
