CRM Contract Win Over Salesforce To Be Announced At ASA

TempWorks will hold a press conference at the ASA show in San Diego to announce a CRM (customer-relationship-management) win over Salesforce.com.

Three criteria helped swing the deal to TempWorks:

Price

Salesforce offered a low-ball initial price, but by the time mobile access was added, their price swelled.

Ease of Use

Much easier to use than a browser application, TempWorks allows users to adapt quickly to its self-evident interface, reducing training time and costs.

Performance

Unlike Salesforce, which is a great stand-alone sales automation system, TempWorks integrates all aspects – operations, back-office, web portals and sales automation – into a single system.
