I dont know who I have to speak to to give Jathan a kudos. He has been an absolutely pleasure to work with, is proactive with helping us with solutions unlike other techs that will tell us 2 or 3 different ways in which it cannot possibly work. He is cheerful, intelligent and excels at customer service. So if you could send this to his supervisor or whomever would be interested in this info, I would much appreciate it.
