What are your plans for spring?
I don’t know about you guys but I’m sick of winter. It’s dark. It’s cold. It’s dreary. I’m over it.
Winter can bring a whole set of complications — none of which are related to travel logistics. It’s also well-known that winter can be a office morale killer. What are you doing to boost the mood in your office? What are you planning for spring? Are you getting your Staffing Specialists pumped about spring contests for the office?
Are you renewing your zeal for sales because the fear of getting stuck in the customer’s parking lot is gone? Its ok, you can admit it. I think we’ve all done it once (or twice).
Now should be the time you’re planning these types of things for your office. Your staff needs something to look forward to. February is usually the month of the “blahs”.
Have no fear, March is coming and then April and then… SUMMER! I can’t wait.
