Staffing software should respect privacy. If you pay to generate interest from candidates, you should be the one to benefit from that. The staffing software should put you in charge of who gets what information.
Look at this a different way. How many of you would expose details of a business contract that you are on the verge of winning to your main competitors? Doesn’t that sound dumb? Yet this is what business do every day by wooing candidates to public job boards.
