- TempWorks Software CEO, Gregg Dourgarian, helped write the original version of TempWorks staffing software as a teenager with his father in the 1970s.
After graduating with honors from Claremont McKenna in 1978, Gregg launched his first software company which successfully developed and commercialized Supertrace, a revolutionary airline diagnostic system for Air France, the Chinese aviation authority (Travelsky), Air India, Japan Air Systems and others.
Gregg loves to teach and constantly engages Tempworks clients and staff in online seminars on software development, accounting and online marketing.
