Here's a sneak peak at Tempworks 12r5 featuring job posting to Career Builder and Twitter. Twitter has taken hold as a job advertising mechanism - at least among the Web 2.0 crowd. I'm sure someone else has done it already but a quick search on Google doesn't turn up anyone else that has already built such a feature into their mainline product.
