The Bill Kutik Radio Show

image

A lot of what passes for HR blogging comes off as smarmy, but Bill Kutik's blog [actually, it's a column you can find at www.hreonline.com] and especially his radio show have no such problem.  He's got an incredible gift to gab - check out this clip where he explains the origins of "Twin Cities" and uses the word "Minneapolitan" while interviewing Jason Averbrook of Knowledge Infusion, based here in Minnesota.  Incredibly, Bill makes talking about HR fun.

Bill and his interviewee, Jason, frame technology companies as black knights with their upgrades and evolving platforms.  That all seems self-serving and deflects from more serious problems like analysis-paralysis, but it's a great listen anyway.

I learned the word "Minneapolitan" while going out with one, whose constant reference to "the Twin Cities" drove me mad!

Thanks for the link to Jason's show. What I write is really a column, rather than a blog. And your readers can find it at www.HREonline.com
should they care to.
